Who We Help

Keep Doing What you Love

For active people who hike, run, cycle, ski, golf, surf, and garden – and want to keep dooing it all without pain. Pilates that keeps your body strong, mobile, functional, and ready for the life you have built.

Move With Confidence Again

For those rebuilding after injury, surgery, or a period where their body stopped cooperating. Expert-led Pilates that bridges the gap between treatment and full return to the activities you love.

Stronger at Every Stage

For those whose bodies are changing – whether after having a baby, navigating midlife, or simply noticing thiings are not working the way they used to. Pilates that works with your body, wherever it is right now.

Your Journey at Centred

Every body tells a different story. Ours starts with understanding yours.

Step 1: Your Movement  Assessment

A private, 1:1 session where we learn your history, assess how your body moves, and design a path forward specific to you. This is not a standard induction. It is a clinical evaluation by a qualified instructor who takes the time to understand what your body needs.

Step 2: Build Your Foundation

Private or small group sessions focused on your individual goals. Whether you are recovering from injury, rebuilding after a life event, or learning to move without pain, we start where you are and progress at your pace.

Step 3: Join Your Community

Small group Mat, Reformer, or Studio Equipment Classes where your instructor knows your name, your body, and your goals. Our Reformer and Studio Equipment Classes have a maximum of four people. Our Mat Classes a maximum of ten. You will never be invisible.

Step 4: Keep Progressing

As your body changes and your goals evolve, so does your programme. Your instructor adapts with you, adjusting every session to where you are today, not where you were six months ago.

Why Centred Studios?

More Than a Pilates Studio

Under one roof, we bring together internationally certified Pilates Instructors, physiotherapists, a podiatrist, psychologists, and a massage therapist. When your recovery needs more than Plilates, you do not need to look further than our building. Our practitioners communicate, collaborate, and work toward the same goal: getting you back to the life you love.

Clinincal Expertise, Not Just Fitness

Centred Studios was founded by Katrin Gravley, a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation-certified instructor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and years of experience treating chronic pain and sports injuries at a multidisciplinary clinic for back and sports injuries. Every member of our team holds internationally recognised certifications from Polestar, BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, with specialisation ranging from scoliosis to postnatal recovery.

Small Classes. Real Attention

A maximum of four people in our Reformer and Studio Equipment classes. A maximum of ten in the Mat Classes. This is not a number we arrived at by accident. It is the number at which your instructor can genuinely see you, adjust for you, and progress with you. Every session.

Stories from Our Community

"I was recommended to Centred Pilates by my Sports Physician as part of my recovery from chronic hip pain. I'd done Pilates before elsewhere, but this felt different - less about intensity, and more about recovery, posture, and rebuilding the smaller stabilising muscles I hadn't been using properly. I started with a few one on one sessions with Katrin, then joined a mat class with Hannah. The classes were gentle and considered, but still really effective - it felt like exactly the kind of movement my body needed. My hip pain has now settled down, and I do believe these classes have played a big part in that, alongside other lifestyle changes like moving more throughout the day etc."

– Chelsay Leppard

"I started Pilates 16 years ago as a new form of exercise. Practising Pilates on a regular basis has changed, and significantly increased my core strength and physical well being - way beyond my expectations! Katrin and the team at Centred Pilates are the best teachers I have had - they focus on challenging but well supported Pilates instruction that enables me to maintain and continue developing core strength as I move into my 70's."

– Felicite Jardin

"I walked in Centred 12 months postpartum, exhausted, and honestly clueless about Pilates. What I found completely changed things. The team here just get it. They met me exactly where I was - sleep deprived, running on empty - and made me feel so welcome from day one. Every class tailored, so I always feel challenged and supported, never out of my depth. Fast forward, and I'm genuinely in the best shape of my life. In my 40s! I really didn't see that coming. I leave every class feeling stronger. Thank you"

– Phillipa Skelton

Pilates Body Reset

Most people who come to Centred Studios are capable, motivated, and used to working hard. That is often exactly the problem.

By Week 4, you will not just feel stronger. You will understand your body in a way most people never do.

Join the Centred Community

Most of our clients train twice a week on a Centred Subscription. Here is why: your body responds to consistency. Your instructor responds to knowing you. And your community responds in seeing your face every week.

A subscription means your spot is held, your progress is tracked and your instructor plans for you specifically. It is not just classes. It is a relationship with your body, supported by people who care about the outcome.

From $ 34.50 for 2 Mat Classes per week
And $ 60.00 for 2 Reformer and/or Studio Equipment Classes per week
